    Valuable Insights:

    •  If we have a goal that we want in life, chances are somebody else has already done it.
    • There are a hundred different ways of making a billion bucks a year. And the key is to figure out which of those ways works best for you.
    • Richmond Dan has two coaching programs. One called black belt for a coach is doing at least a hundred thousand dollars a year looking to scale to a million. And then he has another program called Boardroom, which has four coaches making a million dollars a year who wanted to scale beyond that.
    • In the sensei session, Richmond Dan picks four people from the Boardroom to teach us a 45-minute masterclass on anything that’s made them successful, and then they compete against each other to see who has the best session.
    • What a lot of the people at the seven-figure mark do exceptionally well is, 20% of their marketing is always celebrating a client that’s getting results.
    • You need to overdeliver for your referrals in a way your competitors wouldn’t even think of.
    • Don’t just deliver for your referrals over-deliver for all of them. Give them a gift that nobody, none of your competitors, is thinking of.
    • Deliver things beyond your client’s expectations
    • Find ways or opportunities to give your clients a story that they could tell to other people.
    • Start thinking about a low-end offer where money is not an objection.
    • Live events allow you to speed up trust in a relationship at a level that just doesn’t exist.
    • Don’t go to a live event if that person or the person who’s curating that event or somebody you trust says this is the best event, or they give you a lot of value upfront.
    • Events are an excellent place for learning, but they are exceptional for networking.

    Notable Quotes:

    • [02:42] – “Almost every goal that we have. Somebody else has already achieved. It.”

    • [13:16] – “In service-based businesses, the best marketing is the results that you deliver for clients.”

    • [29:04] – “Nothing in this world beats an in-person connection.”

    • [49:04] – “Self-awareness is understanding what your weaknesses are, not just your strength.”
